  3.                            TriTel TimeBank Revisions
  4. 1.4 - It was possible for a user to keep adding in more time in 
  5.       the bank that he was 'supposed' to be able to store.  
  6.       Fixed, thanks to Robert Harmon.  Thanks Bob!
  7.     - Totally new registration system.  Read README.1ST for more info.
  8.     - Added a few more error checkers with the data files that I
  9.       had overlooked.
  10.     - A few other minor things fixed.
  11. 1.3 - Fixed a bug that would print a bunch of garbage if
  12.       the user had no time left.
  13.     - Removed user # checking.  Found that if the TriTel user file
  14.       was 'packed', then all of the user numbers would get messed up.
  15.       Fixed.
  16.     - Now works with TriTel v. 1.11.  New file formats were messing 
  17.       up TriTel.  Fixed.
  18.     - Drop-to-Dos now works.  Hit Alt-D and type 'exit' to return.
  19. 1.2 - A zillion and one bugs!
  20.     - Wasn't saving datafiles correctly--fixed
  21.     - Problem with unlocking codes--fixed
  22.     - Wasn't properly retrieving saved time--fixed
  23.     - Added max. amount of time to store
  24.     - And a 'version' constant to make things easier for me <GRIN>
  25.     - Wrote and re-wrote the Timebank editor--it FINALLY works!
  26.     - Edited documentation to fix some errors
  27.           ^^ (Note: I decided to NOT ship out any 3-1/2" disks
  28.                     because of the cost of them)
  29.     - Changed data in TRIBANK.CFG
  30.     - Wrote this file!
